This issue has been resolved.
The issue has been resolved for new pipelines. We are continuing to investigate the root cause and will resolve it as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can redeploy your application using the "Run Pipeline" button.
We have noticed that some hosting packages with NodeJS show a "pending" pipeline in the control panel. This has no impact on the availability of the application. This is currently being investigated.
